Is there a setup fee?+
No. Every plan has $0 setup. We design, write, and launch your site and set up your Google profile, then earn it back month by month, starting with your first month, which you pay only after you’ve seen and approved a demo of your site. That means we only win if you stay, so we're motivated to keep your phone ringing.
When do I pay?+
After you’ve approved your demo site, and before launch. We build a working demo for you to review, you pay your first month once you’re happy with it, and then we go live. After that, each month is billed in advance by pre-authorized debit or card. Any AI minutes over your plan are added to the next month's invoice. The 30-day trial is free and needs no payment.
How do the AI minutes work?+
Growth includes 400 AI receptionist minutes a month and the AI Receptionist plan includes 200, which covers most small shops and one- or two-truck crews. Past that it's CA$0.45/min. We text you at 80% and 100% of your minutes, and you can set a hard cap. Busy season? 100 extra minutes are $39.
How does the 30-Day Prove-It Trial work?+
Run the AI receptionist on your real calls for 30 days, free (up to 300 minutes). If it proves itself against the goal we agree on up front, keep it on the AI Receptionist plan, or move to Growth and we build your new website. If not, you walk away and owe nothing. The trial itself is free, with nothing to pay upfront.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?+
No cancellation fees, ever. Every plan is month to month: give us 30 days' notice and you're done. Our agreement is a short, plain-language page you can read in a few minutes.
Do I own my website, Google profile, and phone number?+
After 12 months of service, the website is yours: we hand over the site files and code at no charge, so you can host it anywhere. If you leave earlier, you keep your domain, Google Business Profile, phone number, content, and leads, and the site design and code stay with Liftlock. Either way, there's never a cancellation fee.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?+
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's rankings. What we promise is the work: the pages, listings, posts, and review requests that local rankings are built on. Then we track where you rank and show you the results every month.
