Who we are
Liftlock Digital is based in Peterborough, Ontario. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Questions about privacy go to chris@liftlockdigital.ca.
What we collect on this website
When you use our contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, and anything you write in the message.
Our chat assistant keeps the messages in your conversation so it can answer you and, if you ask, book a call.
We use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising profiles.
AI receptionist calls
Calls answered by an AI receptionist, including our demo line, are handled by an automated assistant. Callers are told this at the start of the call.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review them and send a summary. Callers are told about recording at the start of the call.
For our clients' lines, the client business decides how long recordings are kept. By default we keep recordings and transcripts for 90 days.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the service: website hosting, our booking tool (Cal.com), our voice platform, our AI provider, and email and text message delivery. They may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
We share information only as needed to provide the service, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing chris@liftlockdigital.ca. We'll respond within 30 days.
